Vietnamese enterprises have become free from US anti-dumping duties on Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe (CWP) in the US market, the Vietnam Competition Authority said.
The United States International Trade Committee (ITC) has decided to
continue its anti-dumping investigation on Circular Welded
Carbon-Quality Steel Pipes (CWP) imported from Viet Nam, the Vietnam
Competition Authority said.
The United States Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the
initiation of anti-dumping duty investigations of imports of circular
welded carbon-quality steel pipes (CWP) from Viet Nam.
Several Vietnamese steel companies are facing lawsuits from American
steel businesses for allegedly dumping circular welded carbon-quality
steel pipes (CWP) in the American market.
