HA NOI (Biz Hub) – The Sungroup launched a VIP Customer Service Centre to better serve its customers in Ha Noi, on September 18.
The centre will implement the group's preferential programmes and special services. The centre said a diamond card will be given to buyers who purchase real estate which is more than VND20 billion (US$888,888).
With the diamond card, customers can avail 30 per cent discount for room rates and hotel services at all resorts of the group including the InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, Novotel Premier Han River, and Danang Resort Premier Village, in addition to the French Village at Ba Na Hills.
Diamond cardholders could avail a 50 per cent discount when using the golf course at Ba Na Hills Golf Club, free entrance and free games at Ba Na Hills and Asia Park in Da Nang.
All the mentioned services are also available to gold cardholders who purchase real estate between VND10 billion($444,000) to VND20 billion ($888,888) and silver cardholders who buy real estate below VND10 billion ($444,444) with the lower rates.
Gold card holders and silver card holders can enjoy a 20 per cent and 10 per cent discount for room rates and hotel services, 30 per cent and 20 per cent discount in golf course fees at Ba Na Hills Golf Club, in addition to free entrance and free games at Ba Na Hills and Asia Park in Da Nang.
Diamond and gold cards are valid for two years while silver cards are valid for a year.
A representative of the group said the centre was also established to build a close relationship between the group and its customers.
During the launch of the centre, the group held a special tribute at a gala dinner with famous personalities in attendance at Premier Village Resort Danang Resort. – VNS
