HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Sun Group Real Estate sold 45 villas on the first day of the sale of its five-star Premier Village Da Nang Resort on August 8.
The group also launched a real estate centre to help more than 300 customers interested in the 15ha project, which has 118 coastal villas with stunning sea views and beautiful architecture in the central city of Da Nang.
The Sun Group and the Bank of Investment and Development's Quang Trung branch signed co-operation contracts under which the bank will give loans of up to 100 per cent of the villa value to the buyers for 20 years.
Once they pay the deposits for the villa, the buyers will each get vouchers of VND200 million ($9,150) to experience one night in the villa, and one night at the Intercontinental Da Nang Sun Peninsula Resort, which was named "the most luxurious resort in the world" in 2014, by the famous World Travel Award organisation. The buyers will also get business class air tickets for four members of a family and exquisite cuisines at five-star restaurants.Local real estate experts said the resort was an attractive investment opportunity for buyers because of its prime location and the incentives being offered by the investor.
The resort has a prime location on the crossroads of Vo Nguyen Giap and Ho Xuan Huong Streets, and is just a 10-minute drive from the international airport and the city centre.
From the resort, tourists can easily reach Ba Na Hills Resort, Asia Park, My Son Holy Land and Ngu Hanh Son Mountain, as well as Son Tra Peninsula, or they can go further to experience the tranquility of the ancient Hoi An town or enjoy coral-diving in Cham Island.
Each villa, a combination of white and black colours, has a private pool, two or three bedrooms, a large living room and a kitchen.
The resort has a five-star spa and gym services, as well as entertainment centres for children, besides a nanny service to help tourists enjoy a totally relaxed holiday.
The Sun Group has established its reputation internationally with its InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, Ba Na Hills in Da Nang City, and Marriott and Ritz Carlton on Phu Quoc Island.
At the same time, the Sun Group said the investors would get their land use certificates and villa ownership rights, and has assured an annual minimum profit of nine per cent during the first 10 years for those who lease their villas. The group said the buyers of the villas could participate in the investment-sharing programme, under which they would get nine per cent of the profits from the contract value for 10 years.
As similar local luxury resorts have been attracting a lot of tourists, investment in the resort would ensure long-term stability than many investment channels, the group said.
Along with the above-mentioned benefits, buyers will enjoy a 15-night free stay in the resort's villas.
The first 20 buyers of the villas also get a golf card worth $30,000 from Ba Na Hills Golf Club. — VNS
