DA NANG (Biz Hub) — The China-based Silver Shores International Company has increased its investment by US$180 million for developing the second stage of coastal property in the central Da Nang city.
Deputy General director Mai Van Hoa said the increase raised the company's investment capital to $343 million.
He said the second stage investment will include a five-star hotel, International conference hall, villas, apartments and residences on a total 200,000sq.m, and expect to go into operation in 2017.
In the first stage, the company had launched its 500-room hotel in 2010. — VNS
