A seasoned hospitality professional with more than 20 years of experience, Charles brings a strong business development background that will position her to grow the resort’s business across Asia and beyond.

Charles comes to the Sheraton Grand Danang Resort from Samoa, where she was the director of sales and marketing for two connected Sheraton properties.

A native of the Caribbean, she took her first position with Hilton Hotels in the Netherlands and grew her career in sales and marketing, taking on roles with progressive levels of responsibility at hotels and resorts in the EAME, Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.

Fluent in Dutch, French, German and Spanish, she joined Starwood in 2008 where she served as international business development manager. — VNS
