The rapid development of the digital world has strongly impacted the human resource demands in businesses. According to research by global human resource groups, the requirements and standards for human resource quality have changed, enterprises require employees to be trained and have higher qualifications and skills to meet the standards of the industries.
The requirement for qualified talents of Industry 4.0 accounted for 63 per cent, the digital industry accounted for 49 per cent and automation accounted for 46 per cent.
