MIK announces to start selling River Park Project in District 9 of HCM City. — VNS Photo

HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Property developer MIK has begun to sell houses at its River Park project in HCM City's District 9 at prices starting at VND2.7 billion (US$124,000).

The company said River Park is located along the river and 300m far from the Samsung Hightech Zone. With an average size of around 150sq.m, the houses are designed as a mixture between townhouses and shop-houses.

There are facilities like a walking path, fishing area, sports area, basketball court, swimming pool, club house, cafeteria, and kids' and BBQ areas.

Buyers will get land-use right certificates.

MIK is offering for the first 20 customers a tael of gold and a Piaggio scooter.

River Park is located in the east of HCM City next to Rach Chiec 2 Bridge in what is considered a gateway to the city.

It is around 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes to the upcoming Long Thanh International Airport.

It is also near international schools like ACG, BIS, AIS, TAS and hospitals like Tam Duc and Viet-France.

The project covers an area of 2ha with a total of 176 houses and 0.66ha of green space. — VNS
