HCM CITY (Biz Hub) – Phu My Hung Development Corporation last week announced that its Happy Valley apartment project in HCM City is complete and it would soon start handing over apartments to buyers,early due of committed schedule.
A ceremony to welcome the residents of Happy Valley was held last week at the apartment in District 7 with more than 1,000 buyers, residents and partners taking part.
Talking to Bizhub, Truong Quoc Hung, vice president of the Phu My Hung Development Corporation, said, "We were committed to handing over the apartments between December 2015 and March 2016.However, thanks to good management and new building methods, the project has been finished ahead of schedule.

"We are now ready to hand over Happy Valley units to customers."
He said all the units in the apartment had been sold out and in the shortest time of any project.
"We are making an effort to do better than what we commit. Happy Valley is a symbol of Phu My Hung's commitment to quality of deliverables."
Happy Valley has 763 apartments and 23 shops in 12 buildings with eight to 28 floors. It owns unique location as opposite to Saigon South golf course and scenic river, fronts Nguyen Van Linh Street and is near The Crescent Mall and Ngoi Sao Tuoi Tho and Vo Thi Sau schools.A view of Happy Valley Project which has been finished earlier than the schedule. — VNS Photo |
Around 77 per cent of the land has been earmarked for green space and transportation facilities. Happy Valley has a gym, an indoor kids' centre, a garden, a pool, and two outdoor entertainment areas for kids.
Each apartment has one parking slot for a car and two for motorbikes, besides which there is plenty of space for visitors' vehicles.
At the ceremony, there were kiosks set up construction and interior design companies, banks, schools, that offered consultation and also promotional packages exclusively for Happy Valley owners.
Earlier Phu My Hung Development Corporation gifted buyers books with suggestions and options for interior design to save them time and cost.

In September another of the company's projects, Nam Vien Villa, has also been completed.
Phu My Hung has so far completed 90 projects with 13,000 houses and apartments. — VNS
