Korean retailer launches Lotte Art


South Korean supermarket chain Lotte Mart launched Lotte Art at its store in Go Vap District on August 27 that will involve several entertainment and cultural activities, including puppetry and circus.

HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — South Korean supermarket chain Lotte Mart launched Lotte Art at its store in Go Vap District on August 27 that will involve several entertainment and cultural activities, including puppetry and circus.

It will soon be expanded to all Lotte stores nation-wide, offering customers a chance to participate in free photography, flower arrangement, pastry making and other courses.

Hong Won Sik, general director of Lotte Mart, said Lotte Art is the next strategic step in consolidating the retailer's position in the industry besides bringing to customers an enjoyable, avant-garde lifestyle in a modern shopping space.
