J&T Express, an international express delivery brand, has been honoured at the Vietnam Digital Awards 2022 in the category of foreign products, services and solutions for its Smart E-logistics solution in last-mile delivery from the Vietnam Digital Communications Association.

The annual awards aim at honouring outstanding digital achievements by individuals, businesses and State agencies.

The awards this year received nearly 400 entries nationwide and a total of 49 organisations, businesses, products and solutions were honoured at the ceremony in Ha Noi on October 9. J&T Express is the only foreign company in the express delivery sector to win the award.

“Through three years of judging the awards, I see the quality of entries is getting higher. Enterprises, engaging in the national trend of implementing the National Digital Transformation Programme approved by the Prime Minister, have actively invested both human and financial resources for digital transformation,” said Dr. Nguyen Quan, former minister of Science and Technology, and chairman of the judging council of the Vietnam Digital Awards 2022.

According to J&T Express, with its customer-centric philosophy, the company has made efforts to understand the practical needs of customers and constantly apply digital transformation solutions to bring greater convenience to them.

The Smart E-Logistics solution features a closed process from receiving goods using smart barcodes, automatic handling and classification of goods to delivery with multi-payment solutions, especially payment using QR code.

In addition, the solution applies automatic data synchronisation and filtering systems to help secure customer information. — VNS
