HÀ NỘI — Indochina Kajima, a joint venture between Indochina Capital, a leading real estate developer in Việt Nam, and Kajima Corporation, one of Japan’s largest general contractors and real estate developers, on Wednesday started construction of Parc Hanoi, a Grade A office building in the West West Lake urban area.
With Parc Hanoi, Indochina Kajima aims to meet current and future demand for office space while maintaining its commitment to functional efficiency, architectural excellence, environment sustainability and social responsibility practices.
Parc Hanoi addresses the diverse needs of on-site, hybrid and remote workforces with flexible office modules for small, medium and large tenants with floor-to-floor vertical connections within tenancies available; flexible load capacity for heavy duty/tech equipment areas; and options to install executive bathrooms, wet pantries and other workforce amenities, encouraging efficient workplace performance.
With double 'green' certification (LEED and WELL), Parc Hanoi signals its commitment to sustainability and empowerment.
From construction to operations, locally sourced, low-energy and environmentally effective materials will be prioritised.
Adjacent to a public park, Parc Hanoi will boast over 20 per cent green space on its total land area, with collective outdoor terraces, enhanced greenery and biodiversity, fostering a culture of holistic well-being.
Projected to open in the second quarter of 2027, Parc Hanoi’s construction quality is ensured by Kajima Vietnam’s expertise, supported by the state-of-the-art construction and design capabilities of Kajima Corporation’s Tokyo headquarters.
“Parc Hanoi is a key project in Kajima Corporation and Kajima Vietnam’s portfolio in Việt Nam, alongside completed projects such as Tân Sơn Nhất International Airport and Aeon Mall Hà Đông. As a general contractor building landmarks across the globe, we understand the challenges and opportunities of implementing sustainable practices in development and construction, how it is crucial to realising our ESG strategy, and to shift the entire industry towards environmentally conscious operations. Parc Hanoi is a beacon of our commitment to sustainable building practices,” said Keisuke Koshijima, Representative Director and Executive Vice President at Kajima Corporation.
“The relocation of 36 central government entities, including ministries, ministerial-level agencies and affiliated agencies to the West West Lake and Mễ Trì areas highlights that Parc Hanoi sits at a prime location for the future CBD, which will attract the highest quality international and local tenants to West West Lake,” said Peter Ryder, Executive Chairman of Indochina Capital and Director of Indochina Kajima. — VNS
