HCM CITY (Biz Hub) – The Dragon City Festival 2015–Dragons Gathering will be held at PVGas Tower in HCM City from December 5 to 6, giving people an opportunity to purchase property.

The first such event, organised by Phu Long Real Estate Joint Stock Company, will showcase 15 luxury townships, villas, apartments and hotel and tourism property projects in HCM City, Nha Trang, Da Nang and Phu Quoc. These projects are being developed, co-developed or distributed by Phu Long.

On the first day of the festival, Phu Long will launch sales of Dragon Hill Residence and Suites 2 (Dragon Hill 2) and Dragon Parc Villas 2.

Located at the centre of Dragon City on Nguyen Huu Tho Road, District 7, Dragon Hill 2 comprises 455 hi-end apartments, while Dragon Parc Villas 2 has 44 villas that face the road.

During the event, Phu Long Real Estate Transactions Centre and its developer Nhat Minh Tourism Joint Stock Company will jointly launch sales of the Ariyana Smart Condotel, located 200m from Nha Trang Beach and comprising 365 apartments and condotel units.

Several resort and property projects such as Furama Resort Danang, Furama Villas Danang, An Lam Villas Ninh Van Bay Nha Trang and Saigon Sovico Phu Quoc, as well as Marine Hill Nha Trang, New Ana Mandara Evason Nha Trang and Dragon Riverside City will be also introduced to customers. — VNS
