HÀ NỘI —Hanoi Metro on February 19 signed a memorandum of understanding with several companies in the green transport ecosystem, including Xanh SM, VinBus, FGF and V-Green.
This collaboration aims to develop a pure electric public transport model, marking a significant step towards creating a seamless and intelligently connected green transport network through a single application, enhancing user convenience.
This initiative aligns with the 'For a Green Capital' campaign launched by the City People's Committee and Vingroup Corporation, focusing on building a sustainable, convenient and environmentally friendly public transport system for residents.
The agreement outlines a coordinated effort to implement a 'Door to Door' model, integrating various modes of pure electric transport. This includes the Hanoi Metro, electric taxis, SM Green electric motorbikes and VinBus electric buses, all designed to provide passengers with a seamless, smoke-free travel experience. — VNS
