Grand Ho Tram Strip opens new golf course


The Asian Coast Development (Canada) Ltd (ACDL) announced the inauguration of The Bluffs, its new 18-hole golf course, at the Grand Ho Tram Strip resort on October 19.

HA NOI (Biz Hub) — The Asian Coast Development (Canada) Ltd (ACDL) announced the inauguration of The Bluffs, its new 18-hole golf course, at the Grand Ho Tram Strip resort on October 19.

The 50ha golf course was opened for preview play in March. At the inauguration, Harbinger Capital Principal and Grand Ho Tram Strip investor Philip Falcone also announced that the Ho Tram Project Company, a wholly-owned ACDL subsidiary, would be developing a condominium tower and villas on a 160ha site in southern Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province.

Ngo Bao Nghi plays golf at the golf course of the Ho Tram Strip project. The 50-hectare course was opened for preview play in March.

Stephen Shoemaker, ACDL chairman and chief executive officer, said international and local investors were invited to invest in the new development, adding that "detailed plans will be announced in the near future."

The Grand Ho Tram Strip began the first phase of construction in July 2013. Besides the condominium tower and villas, future phases will include three five-star resorts to be added to the 2.2km seaside strip. — VNS
