Global workspace provider Regus will open its third business centre in HCM City at the Deutsches Haus Building on Le Duan Street next Monday.

It will have an area of 1,500 square metres and can seat 265 workers. It will earmark 25 per cent of the space for co-working.

The company began operations in Viet Nam in 1998, and now has eight business centres in HCM City, Ha Noi and Da Nang.

The centres enable businesses to minimise their second biggest expenditure - leasing, equipping and staffing their office.

The availability of immediate and flexible office infrastructure is particularly important for businesses setting up offices in emerging markets.

“This allows businesses to scale up or down depending on their needs and external market conditions,” Lars Wittig, Regus’ country head for the Philippines, Viet Nam and Cambodia, said.

The company is the world’s largest provider of workspace solutions, with 3,000 locations in more than 100 countries. — VNS
