The establishment is a significant step in FPT's long-term strategy, following the launch of the FPT AI Factory in Japan in November.
According to IDC, Japan's AI market is projected to reach US$5.9 billion in 2024, marking a 31.2 per cent growth. This presents vast opportunities for FPT's collaboration with Japanese organisations.
FPT aims to contribute to Japan's goal of becoming an AI nation by developing sovereign AI technologies.
