Ford Viet Nam sold 18,106 vehicles in the first 11 months, a 47 per cent surge year-on-year.
HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Ford Viet Nam sold 18,106 vehicles in the first 11 months, a 47 per cent surge year-on-year.
November was its best ever month as sales jumped 53 per cent from a year earlier to 2,369 units.
It is thus on track to deliver a record performance in the Vietnamese market this year.
The company attributed the robust performance to strong demand for the best-selling Ranger pickup, EcoSport, and Transit models.
Ranger sales more than doubled from last November to 1,333 units, while EcoSport sales grew by 60 per cent to 394 and Transit by 39 per cent.
"Out growth in the country is driven by the ability to deliver a strong portfolio of offerings to meet the diverse needs of our customers," Pham Van Dung, the company's managing director, said. — VNS
