Property developer FLC Group announced that Le Tien Dung will be the general director of the group after Bui Hai Huyen resigned from the position.

From March 2, Dung officially becomes the general director of FLC Group and Tran Thi Huong is the permanent deputy general director, according to the resolutions of the Board of Directors of FLC Group.

Dung, born in 1977, graduated from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. He has extensive experience in the field of electricity, inspection and quality management. He was elected to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FLC Faros Construction JSC for the 2021-26 term.

Before leading FLC Faros, Dung held senior positions in a number of enterprises in the fields of technology and construction.

Meanwhile, Huong has held the position of deputy general director at FLC since December 2022. She used to hold important positions in FLC Group.

Currently, the members of the Board of Directors of FLC are all newly elected. The company is expected to hold the second extraordinary general meeting to nominate members for the Board of Directors on March 4.

The new Board of Directors will have to solve the difficult situation of the company. After delisted from the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange for serious violation of information disclosure obligations, FLC Faros was not approved to list on UPCoM, while FLC Group was allowed to move to UPCoM but was immediately suspended from trading. — VNS
