The Haus Da Lat project is expected to open a ‘new wonder of living spaces’ for Vietnamese people, contributing to putting Đà Lạt on the global map of tourism and ESG real estate.

HÀ NỘI — Developer The One Destination officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for Haus Da Lat, Việt Nam’s first ESG real estate complex, in Đà Lạt.
According to the plan, the entire landscape park of the project will be completed and inaugurated in the second quarter of this year.
Meanwhile, the developer aims to put into operation the exhibition area, private club, stage and fountain by early the third quarter of this year.
The model homes will also be launched in the same quarter. All Sky Villas and Sky Mansions are scheduled for handover in the first quarter of 2027. The five-star InterContinental-branded resort will officially begin operations in 2027.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Lâm Đồng Province Trần Hồng Thái expressed confidence that Haus Da Lat will become a modern cultural, urban and tourism complex, environmentally friendly and harmoniously integrated with Đà Lạt’s natural landscape.
Located in the heart of Đà Lạt, the five-hectare Haus Da Lat will be the largest pine forest conservation project in the city and a new cultural landmark.
CEO of the Haus Da Lat brand Andy Khoo emphasised that beyond pioneering Việt Nam’s first ESG real estate model, The One Destination also aims to develop iconic destinations in Việt Nam’s most dynamic cities and regions.
Haus Da Lat is considered a ‘new wonder of living spaces’ for Vietnamese people and an emerging destination for both domestic and international visitors. It will contribute to placing Đà Lạt on the world map of tourism and ESG real estate.
