VINH PHUC (Biz Hub) — The Hong Hac Dai Lai Company on April 20 officially offered for sale, 42 forest villas at the Flamingo Dai Lai Resort in the northern Vinh Phuc Province's Phuc Yen Town.

The villas will be sold for VND2.2 to VND3 billion (US$101,800 to $139,000) each, and enjoy a zero per cent interest rate in the first 10 months from Vietcombank, with total lending pegged at 60 per cent of the total value and will be given out over 15 years.

The villas, which look upon the Dai Lai Lake, have open spaces and access to nature. In addition, home owners would be able to enjoy a big library, a restaurant system, night club, outdoor bars and the biggest four-season external swimming pool in the north.

Le Thi Van Anh, the company's general director, said a big entertainment area, including a cinema, a marina and water sports park would also be built during 2015 to 2016.

A 9-hole golf course would become operational in May. The company would invest in a 36-hole golf course for the villas' owners.

Anh said the company was even committed to hiring out the villas for VND8 million a month.

The Flamingo Dai Lai Resort was listed among the top 10 Hotels and Resorts of 2014 by DESIGNBOOM, the world's first and renowned digital architecture and design magazine.

In 2014, the high-ranking complex also won a gold medal and the Building of the Year title at the Architects Regional Council Asia (ARCASIA) Awards, the FuturArc Green Leadership Prize, the United States' Green Good Design and International Architecture Awards (IAA) for the two bamboo structures, Dai Lai conference hall and the Bamboo Wing.

The Flamingo Dai Lai Resort, a residential retreat located 50 kilometres from Ha Noi, is described as a place, where city dwellers can enjoy their weekends in a more natural environment, as it is located in the middle of forests between the Dai Lai Lake and the surrounding mountains. — VNS
