Specifically, the food group has cut prices by 10 - 20 per cent on average, including for green skin and pink flesh pomelo, chayote, gourds, fresh chicken thigh, fried chicken leg quarter, bronze featherback, ginger poached chicken and marinated chicken thigh.
In addition, cooking oil, fish sauce, sugar, rice instant noodles, soy sauce and other products also have good discounts.
Many brands in the liquid and powdered milk group have also joined in the supermarkets’ promotion programme, offering attractive discounts on many products, such as Nuti live culture drinking yoghurt, Vinamilk pasteurized milk, NutiFood milk, Meadow fresh milk, Betagen fermented milk and Probi.
In addition, Enfagrow A +, PediaSure BA, Arti Gold, Dairy Champ, Dielac Alpha, Anlene Gold powdered milk are discounted from 5 per cent to 20 per cent.
Regarding the cosmetic and chemical group, Vaseline, Biore, Pond’s, E100, Double Rich, Enchanteur, The Bol, P/S, Colgate, Romano, Dove, Lifebuoy, Xmen, Clear, Sunsilk, Rejoice, and Jonhson brands are offering discounts by 5 to 25 per cent.
Notably, the household utensil group has the strongest discounts, with products such as high-grade porcelain bowls, shavers, electromagnetic cookers, rice cookers, irons, hair dryers, stew pots, pans, gas stoves, mops, water filter bottle, stainless steel kettle, plastic shelves, plastic cabinets, plastic boxes discounted between 30 per cent to 50 per cent.
In addition, Co.opmart and Co.opXtra are still applying the "Buy more, get great incentives" programme, offering 50 per cent discounts on the second, fourth, sixth or eight purchases of the same product.
