This event officially set a new world record for the highest number of New Year wishes shared through culinary delights via social media.
With the message "Share Your Heart, Celebrate a Magical Tết,” Coca-Cola transforms traditional cuisine into a bridge, breaking down barriers and encouraging people to send unique New Year wishes online. From December 20, 2024, to January 5, 2025, a total of 68,686 wishes were shared across platforms, reigniting the spirit of connection during the traditional Tết holiday, showcasing the brand’s commitment to creating magical Tết moments.
In addition to announcing the record, the New Year Celebration Festival delivered a vibrant Tết atmosphere with a colorful, explosive fireworks display, providing unforgettable experiences to thousands of attendees.
These activities are the centerpiece of the campaign “Heartfelt Wishes for A Magical Tết Together” aimed at inspiring love, openness, and shared moments that fill every Tết moment with joy and happiness.
This year, the Food Truck Festival in HCM City and Hà Nội was a prominent highlight. The food trucks are not only eye-catching but also offer unique culinary experiences.
Parallel to spreading the festive spirit, the brand is committed to practical actions for the community to create a warm Tết for Vietnamese families. The “0 đồng Tết Market” programme, in its third consecutive year in collaboration with the Red Cross, has supported over 6,500 households in Hà Nội, HCM City, Đà Nẵng, Long An, and Thùa Thiên Huế with more than VNĐ5.4 billion (US$211,790).
Each family receives a VNĐ600,000 voucher for shopping essential goods for a fuller Tết meal.
Contributing to this meaningful journey, the Coca-Cola Foundation has also granted over VNĐ3.7 billion in cash to residents affected by Typhoon Yagi in Phú Thọ and Lào Cai, helping them overcome difficulties and welcome the New Year. — VNS
