HA NOI (Biz Hub)— Viglacera announced it would start to sell apartments in the Dang Xa low-income housing project in Gia Lam District on the outskirts of the capital on September 16.
The project, which covers an area of 3.7ha and has five blocks, will supply the market with 1,139 apartments at a price of VND9 million per square metre.
The project is due for completion in the first quarter next year.
Those who buy apartments automatically qualify for loans from the Government's VND30 trillion housing support programme with a lending interest rate of 6 per cent.—VNS
