AEON Vietnam continues to rise in rank, surpassing more than 500 employer brands to reach the 21st position in the Top 100 Vietnam Best Places to Work 2022 announced by Anphabe.

Anphabe honored employer brands in its "Top 100 Vietnam Best Places to Work 2022" rankings, based on a survey of 57,939 experienced workers. At the awards ceremony, the organisers announced two categories: "Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam" and "Top 5 Best Places to Work in Retail/Wholesale/Commercial Industry".

This year, AEON Vietnam rose in the rankings of both award categories, in addition to major recruitment brands such as Nestle, Coca Cola, FPT, Pepsico, Viettel, Samsung.

In its third time participating in the survey, the Japanese retailer has broken through to the 21st position in the Top 100 Vietnam Best Places to Work 2022, up 60 places compared to its first ranking in 2017. For the category of Top 5 Best Places to Work in Retail/Wholesale/Commercial Industry, AEON Vietnam is currently in second place out of 34 companies in the same field in Viet Nam.

The working environment at AEON Vietnam is not only highly appreciated by external talent sources, but also positively recognised by internal employees working at the enterprise. This retailer has been voted one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" by the leading human resources magazine in Asia, HR Asia, for four consecutive years through an employee survey.

These achievements were reached thanks to the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of AEON Viet Nam that has been committed to bring the goal of comprehensive development for all employees. In particular, investment in training and human resource development is considered the most sustainable and valuable benefit that AEON Vietnam always appreciates and commits to.

Previously, in June this year, AEON Vietnam was voted by 14,000 students as one of the Top 50 most attractive employers for Vietnamese students through a survey conducted by Anphabe in conjunction with Intage. — VNS
