AEON Vietnam honoured as best workplace in Asia for 4th consecutive year

AEON Vietnam was honoured as "The Best Places to Work in Asia 2022" by the HR Asia Magazine for the fourth consecutive year for its comprehensive human resource training and development strategy and mental and physical health policies.

HR Asia Magazine announced the list of "The Best Places to Work in Asia 2022" based on the overall and complete evaluation criteria of employee satisfaction through the T.E.A.M model, including three groups of indicators: corporate culture (Core), level of cohesion (Self) and team spirit (Group).

The evaluation results of AEON Vietnam have consistently scored higher than the industry average in all three groups of survey criteria.

Specifically, on the Core indicator, AEON Vietnam scored 4.15 points compared to the industry average of 3.73. In the groups Self and Group, AEON Vietnam achieved 4.28 and 4.48 points, higher than the industry average of 3.87 and 4.01, respectively.

"The goal of AEON Vietnam when participating in this survey is to understand the human resource needs better, thereby helping us to build appropriate strategy to realise the long-term vision of becoming the most attractive employer in the retail industry in Viet Nam through policies to attract, train and develop personnel," said Tran Thi Tuyet Trinh, Head of Human Resources at AEON Vietnam.

In the survey results of AEON Vietnam in 2022, a notable highlight was the rating score of in "Corporate culture" being higher than in 2021.

While the average industry score of this group tends to decrease, AEON Vietnam was evaluated as the most outstanding on two criteria: "Training and development opportunities" and "Work-life balance."

AEON Vietnam has determined that one of the business's strategic focuses is training and developing human resources.
