HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Mercedes-Benz Vietnam has announced that it will invest US$10 million this year in developing the manufacturing line and expanding the agent network in Viet Nam.
Mercedes-Benz is the only luxury brand of cars which are being assembled in Viet Nam. The firm has rolled out the S-Class model with two versions of S500L and S400L in the market, at a price much lower than the imported ones.
The firm has launched four versions since the beginning of this year, including the S400L, the off-road G63 AMG, the hatchback A45 AMG and S63 AMG. It expects to introduce 15 more new cars this year. — VNS
