HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Honda Vietnam is recalling an estimated 322 units, consisting of Civic sedans and CR-V sport utility vehicles (SUVs), after detecting a defect in the units' driver-side air bags.
Free check and replacement of the air bags will take place at all Honda dealers nationwide from October 1, 2014 to October 1, 2015.
So far, there has been no complaint from customers around the world regarding the air bags. However, Honda Vietnam decided to proceed with the check and replacement of air bags for Civic sedans manufactured from 2012 to 2014 and CR-V SUVs manufactured from 2013 to 2014. — VNS
