The Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (GSM) has signed a contract with Century Commercial Development Company Limited and Tourism (DCT) to provide VinFast electric cars for the 1st ASEAN Ministerial Conference on Natural Disaster Management in Việt Nam.

The decision to use electric vehicles for the conference sends a strong message about combating climate change, reducing emissions, and addressing natural disasters. This aligns with Việt Nam's efforts to manage natural disasters and promote sustainable practices.

Under the contract, DCT will lease 26 VinFast VF 8 electric cars from GSM. These vehicles will be used during the 11th ASEAN Ministerial Conference on Natural Disaster Management, the 43rd annual ASEAN Committee on Disaster Management, and related meetings organised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Việt Nam.

The vehicles, with their luxurious black paint and modern design, are equipped with smart driving and entertainment assistance technologies. They also have a powerful engine and a transmission system controlled by professional drivers from GSM. These features ensure a safe and comfortable travel experience for the international guests attending the conference.
