BINH DUONG (Biz Hub) — Ford Viet Nam on Thursday opened its 27th authorised dealership in the country Binh Duong New City.

Binh Duong Ford on Hung Vuong Street cost VND78 billion to set up and boasts advanced equipment, 14 general maintenance and repair bays and three quick service bays to be able to service 60 cars at a time.

On the same day the company announced an upgrade of its Pho Quang branch in HCM City to a sales, service and spare parts branch, allowing it to provide customers with an expanded range of service options from sales to after-sales service.

Last year was a successful one for the US automaker in Viet Nam, and it attributed that largely to its continuous investment in their customer experience.

This ensures the capability to continuously meet the evolving needs of motorist in Viet Nam, Metelo Arias, managing director of Ford Viet Nam, said. — VNS
