HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — German automaker BMW will showcase many of its newest models at an event in Ha Noi later this month to celebrate its 20th anniversary in the country.

BMW World Viet Nam 2014, to be organised by Euro Auto, the authorised importer of BMW vehicles in Viet Nam, will be held from 21st to 24th.

At the show at Mega Mall – Royal City, visitors can see several luxury models incorporating high technology such as BMW M, Motorrad, and MINI.

To attend, visitors need to register at www.bmw.vn or www.mini.vn.

Horst J Herdtle, general director of Euro Auto, said Viet Nam has become one of the most important markets for BMW Group.

In 2013 it sold around 950 unit, and in the first half of this year sales increased by 30 per cent year-on-year.

The company hopes to break the 1,000-unit level this year. — VNS
