Chinese technology company Xiaomi last week set a Viet Nam record for the most number of selfies taken in three minutes with a Redmi Note 6 Pro phone.
Mi fans and Youtube star Ribi Sachi of FAP TV teamed up to shoot 133 selfies using the new four-camera phone.
It was done in the presence of a Guinness Vietnam judge.
Redmi Note 6 Pro is the first ever Xiaomi phone to sport dual cameras both in the front and back. The front dual camera consists of a 20MP primary sensor with 1.8μm Super Pixel technology that combines the information of four pixels into one to capture more light.
There are 12MP and 5MP dual cameras with functions such as AI scene detection, AI portrait mode and AI dynamic bokeh that lets users add swirls and shapes to bokeh lights for a more interesting effect.
The 12MP primary sensor on the back also has dual pixel autofocus – a technology commonly seen in professional DSLR cameras which results in much faster autofocus speed.
The phone has a 6.26-inch screen with FHD+ resolution of 2280x1080 pixels and 1500:1 contrast ratio. The LCD screen is protected by Corning Gorilla glass.
There is a large 4000mAh battery that enables more than a day of use, especially with MIUI’s battery optimisation capabilities.
Redmi Note 6 Pro also comes with a 3.5mm audio connector, IR blaster and AI face unlock. — VNS
