HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Viettel, Viet Nam's largest mobile phone service operator, and Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) launched a BankPlus certification authority (CA) service for enterprises in Ha Noi on November 21.
This is the first e-banking service in Viet Nam that integrates digital signature into a CA simcard, allowing companies to sign banking transactions on mobile phones with high security protection.
Transactions include domestic tax payments, Viettel telecommunication fee payments and transactions with a maximum limit of VND5 billion (more than US$238,000) per day.
Earlier, Viettel teamed up with MB in implementing three Bank Plus service packages: Bankplus accounts, Bankplus cards and Mobile Bankplus. — VNS
