HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Three enterprises and institutions in the information technology sector recently committed with the Vietnam Information Security Association (VNISA) to comply with professional ethics standards, raising the overall number to 11.

The organisations are the New Technology Telecommunications Corporation, the Institute of Information Security Technology under VNISA and the AHEAD Consulting and Training Co Ltd.

Earlier, in March 2015, eight companies and institutions signed a commitment to comply with professional ethics on information security. These companies included the Software Development and Technology Promotion Joint Stock Company (Misoft), NetNam Corporation and NetPro Academy.

The association issued the code of ethics for information security professionals at the end of January 2015 to state concise principles and guidelines for organisations and individuals who provide information security services. — VNS
