HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Chinese multinational computer technology company Lenovo has appointed Harry Yang as vice president and general manager of the Southeast Asia region, reported independent news portal Digital News Asia.
Lenovo's Southeast Asia region includes the markets of Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam.
Yang will replace Kong Meng Koh, vice president and the company's previous ASEAN general manager, who will be in charge of driving Lenovo's Enterprise Business Group in the Asia Pacific.
Before joining Lenovo, Yang served in leadership positions across Asia Pacific for more than two decades, including as Managing Director of Thailand, Indochina and Australia at Taiwanese hardware and electronics corporation Acer. — VNS
