HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — The giant e-commerce website, Lazada Viet Nam, plans to focus on forming a better e-commerce ecosystem as part of its growth strategy for 2015.
The effort, which is part of a growing trend in the e-commerce industry, will encourage companies to join hands on a large scale to create a better online shopping experience for consumers, according to Lazada.
As part of its strategy, Lazada has increased co-operation with domestic and foreign companies, closely connecting big brands, renowned Viet Nam retailers and service partners.
The company said this business trend would bring benefits to both online consumers and partners.
While consumers will have access to a wide range of products with a clear and safe origin as well as guarantees, service partners will be able to provide buyers with a fast, convenient and safe online shopping experience.
Partners, meanwhile, will be able to access potential customers while creating a new e-commerce ecosystem for purchasing, advertising, payments and transportation.
More than 4,000 companies trading in 13 product categories have co-operated with Lazada over the years.
In 2015, Lazada will co-operate with five big retailers to launch a seller delivery campaign, in which all products will be sold at promotional prices. Free delivery and installation will be included. — VNS
