HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — AIA Vietnam Life Insurance Company has launched iPoS, an interactive sales system on iPad, to facilitate ease of transaction and make things more transparent.
AIA is the first life insurer to use this technology in Viet Nam.
With iPoS, the whole insurance sales process, obtaining customers' information, generating illustrations for product benefits, completing application forms, and submitting the documents to the company, can be done electronically.
The transactions are now simple, convenient, and transparent, and options can be quickly changed during discussions.
It comes with security measures to ensure that clients' details remain confidential and secure. —VNS
