Wink Hotels, the visionary hotel concept created by Indochina Vanguard Hotels (ICC Vanguard) has announced its third location of Viet Nam’s first international-standard hotel chain.
The latest project is on Tran Hung Dao Street that runs along the Han River and sandwiched between two of the city’s iconic bridges - the Han River Bridge and the Dragon Bridge.
The 25-storey 60-metre-facade project, worth US$40 million, will consist of 252 rooms, 70 suites, serviced apartments and a podium devoted for food, beverage and entertainment on the first three floors of the property.
Being in the heart of the business and entertainment district of the central-region city of Da Nang appeals to the “young-at-heart travelers’ contemporary set of desires”, Wink Hotels said in its press release.
Tuan Bui, General Director of Indochina Kajima Development Limited (ICC-Kajima) – the developer of the innovative hotel chain, said: “The site’s prime location, on the bank of the Han River speaks to the great potential of the development.”
Wink Tran Hung Dao will be the brand’s second location in Da Nang after its sister property located at 178 Tran Phu Street across the Han River.
It is planned to open at the beginning of 2021. ICC-Kajima intends to open 20 Wink Hotels in Viet Nam and other parts of Indochina over the next five years. — VNS
