Buyers not only care about good location and safe surroundings, but also they need clear information and legal assistance, especially since the amendments to the Housing Law permitting foreigners to buy houses and apartments took effect only two months ago, experts point out.

Among the developers opting for the latter route is Phu My Hung Development Corporation, which began to do so more than 20 years ago, soon after its establishment, seeking to provide its customers with clear information about its projects besides an international-standard living environment.

Not focusing much on promotions, the company has striven to provide information to customers including opening model houses in August. The latter particularly helps prospective customers assess the products.
