HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Real estate firm Sun Group launched an additional sale of plots in the Hoa Xuan urban ecological zone in the central Da Nang City on November 16.

The group said the sale was held to meet the growing demand of investors for the project. All Hoa Xuan Project plots that were offered in its first sale in June were sold within 15 days, as it was considered one of the most worthwhile living spaces in central Viet Nam, the group's representative said.

This time, the Sun Group is selling plots priced upwards of VND417 million (US$18,616), and is offering a seven per cent discount to buyers who complete their purchase before November 27.

The riverside Hoa Xuan Project is a luxurious and modern zone with a beautiful location and favourable feng shui. It is located at the confluence of the three rivers of Han, Co Co and Cam Le, and is also close to Ngu Hanh Son Mountain.

Just a 10-minute drive from Da Nang International Airport, the urban ecological zone is located adjacent to the 2-9 and Cach Mang Thang 8 main roads and next to a Metro supermarket. It is also just 2km from My Khe Beach, 1km from a 600-bed hospital and 700m from Chi Lang Stadium.

According to the investor, the project will have five-star green and ecological architecture with fully functional townhouses, ecological villas, marina and amusement park, besides commercial centres, a hospital, an international school and an international-standard, 36ha mud bath and spa zone.
