Hundreds of people attended the sale release of Sun Grand City Thuy Khue Residence on December 28, reflecting the large market interest in the luxury apartment and trade complex.
The complex has a prime location near West Lake.
The developer, Sun Group, which has to its credit a number of high-profile projects, said many investors were interested in Sun Grand City Thuy Khue Residence and had decided to buy apartments and live there.
Dual key, a new type of apartment which could be separated into two different living spaces, particularly grabbed attention from investors and home seekers at the event.
Popular singer Tung Duong, who owns two Sun Grand City Thuy Khue Residence apartments said: “I need a place with a nice view and open space, which can inspire and energise me and every member in my family.”
In addition, since the apartments are of international standards, providing an ideal living environment, Duong said. “I will feel proud to introduce my apartments to friends as Vietnamese developers can now develop international-standard projects.”
Ngoc Thuan, Director of SC Land, a sales agent of Sun Grand City Thuy Khue Residence, said customers after seeing the model apartment all agreed it was wonderful.
Apartments of Sun Grand City Thuy Khue Residence are expected to be handed over to buyers from the fourth quarter of 2017. — VNS
