HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — Sacomreal launched on Sunday its Jamona Apartment social housing project in HCM City's District 7, which is eligible for support from the Government's VND30 trillion (US$1.42 billion) credit programme for low-income and certain other categories of people.
Lenders like OCB and Vietin Bank will offer a loan of 80 per cent rate of the apartment value for 15 years at 5 per cent interest.
It has two towers consisting of 1,290 units of 46-69sq.m, which cost a minimum of VND636 million ($30,285). It will have a 7,500sq.m swan-shaped lake.
It will have a mall, gymnasium, restaurants, clinics, and a kindergarten.
On the occasion, Sacomreal launched a fund to help disadvantaged people like orphans and poor patients to which it will donate VND1 million ($47.6) for every unit it sells in any of its projects. — VNS
