Property developer Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation has recently announced it will focus on developing the luxury and ultra-luxury segments in the context that its land reserve in District 7 of HCM City is limited.
On Friday, at a launching ceremony of its new project, Phú Mỹ Hưng The Aurora, the corporation’s Director of Sales and Marketing Division Bùi Duy Toàn said: “In terms of residential development, considering that the land fund in Phú Mỹ Hưng is now limited to approximately 15 per cent, our future direction entails focusing on the development of luxury and ultra-luxury segments.”
Toàn affirmed: “Within this scope, we still allocate a small portion of the land reserve for the development of high-end apartments to meet the housing needs of many residents in Phú Mỹ Hưng, as well as the young elite community.”
After over 30 years of development, Phú Mỹ Hưng City Centre has attracted more than 65,000 residents who come to live, work, and study. Among them, approximately 50 per cent are foreigners from 26 countries and territories worldwide.
In the current time, the corporation is in the process of expanding its range of amenities and social services, including its culture and arts centre, commercial office tower, high-end healthcare centre and five-star hotel.
“These initiatives aim to continuously elevate urban quality to meet international standards,” Toàn said.
On Friday, the company officially launched its new project, Phú Mỹ Hưng The Aurora.
According to Toàn, the project has been developed based on the company’s research into the demand for quality living spaces among successful young customers: affordable prices, abundant internal amenities, and a modern architectural façade that blends with the surrounding environment.
The project, which is located on Nguyễn Lương Bằng financial and service avenue, offers easy transportation connections to various areas and convenient access to urban services.
Specifically, the location of Phú Mỹ Hưng The Aurora is at the heart of the Southside District, known as the Green Peninsula, and the Cultural and Educational District.
The Aurora project has only 95 apartments and seven shops.
Built on a land area of over 2,300 square meters and standing at 12 floors, the project belongs to the high-end apartment segment. Therefore, since the release of Cardinal Court in 2021, this is also the corporation’s only high-end apartment project in over three years.
In addition to launching new projects, the corporation is also promoting the business activities of existing projects such Phú Mỹ Hưng The Horizon and shops on Nguyễn Lương Bằng Street in Scenic Valley 2, Riverside Residence. — VNS
