HCM CITY (Biz Hub) – The Phu My Hung Development Corporation unveiled a third kind of apartment at its Scenic Valley project in District 7 last week.

Bigger than the previous two at 126sq.m, would be sold along with the others in the project's third phase of sales starting in the middle of next month, the company said.

A unique feature of this model is an optional smart home system that will help home owners control their houses from a distance using 3G, wifi, or GPRS.

A smart home system package worth VND150 million would be gifted to one lucky customer at the opening of the third phase, the company said.

Scenic Valley is a new apartment project by Phu My Hung Corporation planned for completion in 2017. It offers many attractive loan programmes with support from banks. – VNS
