Novaland Group has recently unveiled a promotion programme for buyers of condos and office-tel units at its Sunrise Riverside on Nguyen Huu Tho Street in HCM City’s District 7.

The giant real estate developer described it as the biggest promotion for the project this year.

The monthly management fee is waived for 20 years for buyers, who will also get vouchers to a resort or for buying electronic products.

Sunrise Riverside has three sides facing the NAME River while District 7 has good infrastructure besides schools, universities, shops and entertainment places.

The project will also benefit from upcoming infrastructure projects like widening or construction of bridges like Nguyen Van Cu, Kenh Te 2, and Nguyen Khoai and the Nguyen Van Linh – Nguyen Huu Tho tunnel.

Novaland, one of the biggest housing developers in the south, has built many projects like Sunrise City and The Sun Avenue. — VNS
