Ho Tram Project Company Limited (HTP) on Thursday signed an agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) to rebrand the Grand Ho Tram at the Ho Tram Strip integrated resort to InterContinental Grand Ho Tram within a year after refurbishments.
The same day, HTP announced that Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach – a 502-room hotel featuring facilities geared for family fun – will open its doors in 2020.
“This signing marks a new milestone in our growth in Viet Nam, as we welcome our first Holiday Inn Resort in the country and continue to expand our InterContinental brand,” said Serena Lim, Vice President, Development for IHG South East Asia and Korea.
The 533-key luxury property is an integrated resort with three food and beverage outlets, a convention centre that can accommodate up to 1,300 people and five meeting rooms besides a golf course and a retail space.
