Sustainable smart eco-friendly residential projects with synchronized infrastructure near the city are expected to attract buyers since a new lifestyle of urban citizens seeking convenient, green living and environment-friendly.
Trendy green living standards
In recent time, the impacts of climate changes have been not lessened. Noise, the polluted environment, smoke, and dust mean housing in crowded or central areas is no more the ideal choice for people who prefer a high quality of life.

Aqua City with a size of over 600ha is being developed as a smart eco-friendly housing project.

Novaland Group and TTC Energy signed agreements to develop and apply smart technology solutions based on using solar energy at Aqua City - eco-smart City.
Aqua City meets all criteria since it has a perfect eco-system thanks to rivers in three sides. In its area of over 600ha is bordered on three sides by rivers, Aqua City save over 70 per cent of its acreage for green space and amenities.
Furthermore, Novaland will use advanced technologies to make it a smart ecological housing project.

Besides creating a green living lifestyle with full amenities, Aqua City will also be a sustainable urban project as it will have smart energy, smart construction, a smart water system, a smart waste treatment system, and a smart and safe security system. Above all, living in Aqua City will be a smart community.
To meet all these standards, Novaland has tied up with several partners.
The company has signed a strategic agreement with TTC Energy, which will invest, instal, operate and maintain a solar energy system to fuel public amenities. TTC Energy will also develop smart technological solutions using solar energy to run Smart Town, a part of Aqua City.
Smart Town is a model smart urban area designed to optimise energy usage inside and outside houses. This will be safe, convenienced for its residents and friendly to the environment.
Amenities in Aqua City will be modern to meet residents’ needs
Besides TTC Energy, Novaland has also tied up with many other prestigious and experienced partners.
They include GroupGSA of Australia, which will design the landscape; KUME Design Asia of Japan, the design consultant for areas to be known as Aqua Mall and Aqua Sports Complex; and HAEAHN of South Korea, the design consultant for Aqua Maria square.
These are experienced companies focused on sustainability, energy saving and environmental protection.
The co-operation with these global partners shows how Novaland has spent a huge amount of money and effort to build Aqua City into an ideal living space where residents can enjoy nature and convenience.
