The first project covers 2.4 ha in the relocation area of Long Bình Ward, Biên Hoà City with 1,248 apartments and a total investment, excluding compensation and relocation for site clearance, of more than VNĐ1.135 trillion (US$46.14 million).
The second is in Trảng Bom Town which will be developed in an area of 3.5 ha, with more than 950 apartments worth around VNĐ733 billion.
The third project covers more than 6,400 sq.m in Tam Hiệp Ward, Biên Hoà City with an investment of VNĐ648 billion.
The southeastern province aims to develop at least 50,000 apartments for low-income earners and workers by 2030. — VNS
