HCM CITY (Biz Hub) — SeAbank started the construction of SEaBank Tower in District 1's Nguyen Thai Binh Ward, HCM City last week
The tower is to cover an area of more than 578 metres, with 18 floors.
It will include the bank's head office in HCM City as well as other offices for lease. — VNS
