HA NOI (Biz Hub) — Amid the recovery of the realty market, guaranteed profits and quality along with a wide choice of projects were decisive factors helping buyers to invest in their dream home.
According to Syrena Viet Nam, a subsidiary of tourism and property development of the BIM Group, buyers had become more cautious in selecting projects to invest in after the market underwent a prolonged freeze.
With a number of successful transactions in the BIM Groups high-end Lotus Residences this year, Syrena Viet Nam said quality and incentives coupled with guaranteed profits helped draw buyers to property projects.
Syrena Viet Nam sold more than 80 per cent of its Lotus Residences towhouses during the past three months.

At Lotus Residences, Syrena Viet Nam guaranteed a annual profit of 8 per cent of the townhouse value in the first three years of operation under a rental pool management model, or a combined profit of VND1.7 billion (US$75,500).
Doan Quoc Huy, deputy chairman of BIM Group, and chairman of Syrena Viet Nam, said the acceptance of the market and the attention of buyers were the most accurate measures of quality for any projects.
Nguyen Thi Thu Phuong, a buyer at Lotus Residences, said she chose the project because of the attractive incentives offered by the developer as well as the projects promising profits.
At the sale opened on September 20, Syrena Viet Nam presented 15 buyers prizes worth billions of dong, which included two Mazda 6 automobiles, for those who won the lucky draw.
