BIM Group will officially introduce the project at a ceremony that will be held at the Reverie Saigon Hotel in HCM City on December 23.
Located on BIM Group’s Phu Quoc Marina tourism complex on Long Beach, famous for the most beautiful sunset view on Phu Quoc Island, Regent Residences Phu Quoc covers 12 hectares with 76 luxury villas, 42 sky villas and 120 hotel rooms with facilities such as a rooftop bar, sky bar, gym, Michelin Star-standard restaurant, beach club and spa.
The project, jointly developed by BIM Group and Asian-based global hospitality group Regent Hotels & Resorts, is worth around VND2 trillion (US$87.8 million) investment.
Regent has set the benchmark for luxury hotels worldwide since it was founded in 1970, being synonymous with timeless style, supreme comfort and intuitive services — a harmonisation of Asian elegance and Western style.
Regent Residences Phu Quoc is expected to bring in new standards to the resort market.
Bui Hanh from HCM City, who showed an interest in the project, said: “I am impressed by the large sea-view swimming pool in each villa of Regent Residences Phu Quoc. The interior decorations are also charming, which give me the feeling of elegance through its combination of wood materials on the bazan stone floor.”
“The project is worth an investment according to me,” Hanh said.
Nguyen Trong Hien, who had stayed at a development of the Regent in Berlin, said: “Every experience at Regent is different, original and unforgettable.”
“When I came to know that there would be a development by the Regent in Phu Quoc Island, I wanted to immediately register to visit the model villa. I believe this will be a good investment,” he said.
The developer is guaranteeing a profit of at least nine per cent per year in nine years for buyers, together with a revenue sharing policy of up to 40 per cent.
BIM Group said: “We will preserve the unique values of the Regent in the world and bring into it the essence of Vietnamese architecture to make each villa a unique masterpiece.” — VNS
